Customers and texting

The Vaya App allows you to text the customer as well as them being able to text you back. This is very useful if you need to reach out to the customer for something asking them for their keys if you didn't recieve them while intaking their vehicle.


This video will show the text message that customers recieve after you intake their vehicle and what they will see when you complete thier ticket as well. You are able to message any customer that you get a phone number for and they are able to respond to you from the same phone number that texted them from the Vaya app.
